This page concerns ordinary website and business-contact information: what you send us by email or through a booking link. It does not cover clinical or patient data, which is de-identified at source and never leaves the partner’s governance boundary.
What we collect
The details you choose to share when you contact us or book a call, and standard technical logs needed to serve the site. We do not sell this information.
How we use it
Only to respond to you and to scope a possible engagement. We keep it for as long as needed for that purpose and no longer.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. The final policy will set out the specific rights available under HIPAA, GDPR, and DPDP.
